Born and raised in rural PA, fitness and overall health was definitely not my main focus as a child. When I was a little girl, my life was more centered around TV sitcoms and junk food. I barely passed physical education every year. But, as I got older the weight kept creeping on and my insecurities began to rule my life. It was then I found myself looking for a different path.

It was not without great struggles and many stumbles that my habits were transformed into a healthy lifestyle. Like most, I tried every diet, exercise program, pill, fast... you name it, I tried it.

After years of this insane behavior I started to see the toll it was taking on my health. It was no longer about a tight derrière, my life was being compromised. I grew tired of constantly counting, going without, and beating myself up for being a failure. I realized I was missing the key of how to get fit and being happy. I decided to educate myself on the fundamentals of nutrition and female fitness models. It was then that I learned the importance of balance in life. That balance has made being healthy easy.

Over the years, my passion has only grown for wellness. From fitness models to nutrition, I have loved learning about the amazing benefits of taking care of your body. Now I share my past struggles and knowledge of attainable healthy lifestyles to other women burdened by the same issues.

I have been a health adviser for several years now. I have run a corporate wellness program, train clients in small group classes and one on one, teach fitness classes, instruct nutritional guidance classes, and even healthy cooking/ prepping. Each thing and each person has only added to my education and passion. Having a hand in so many aspects of health has allotted me great diversity to help any woman.
